Wizz Air’s two popular routes face disruption
Wizz Air has adjusted two of its flight routes amid rising tensions in the Middle East, prioritising passenger safety and operational security.

Blikk reports that Wizz Air has announced changes to certain flight routes to Abu Dhabi and Dubai due to the escalating conflict in the Middle East and the resulting closure of regional airspace. To ensure the safety of passengers and crew, the airline will implement longer, alternative flight paths, which may include extended travel times and refuelling stops at intermediate airports. Emphasising that safety remains its highest priority, the budget airline is closely monitoring the situation in coordination with national and international security agencies. The airline has expressed gratitude to passengers for their patience and understanding during this period of disruption.
